If you're reading this, I'd bet you've already done the work.
You've turned up, eaten well, and followed programs properly, and you still don't have the results your hard work has earned. You feel like an athlete on the inside, stuck in an ordinary body on the outside. Maximum effort, minimum return.
Most people who come to me for help are already putting in the effort. They wake up early, pack their gym clothes, and push through workouts. They try their best to eat clean and be active.
Yet despite months or even years of honest sweat, they look in the mirror and feel deflated because nothing seems to change.
It is infuriating to watch other people in the gym casually chatting between sets and making progress, while you follow your routine to the letter and stay completely stuck in the exact same shape.
When progress stalls, people usually blame themselves. Not disciplined enough. Fell off. Got slack. They assume they must have a slow metabolism, that they slipped up on their weekend diet, or that they simply lack the genetics to build a lean, athletic physique.
I've heard that line across my desk for 21 years. Here's what I tell them.
If discipline was your problem, you'd have quit in six weeks like most people do. You didn't. You kept showing up and got nothing back. That's not a discipline problem. That's a plan problem.
It was never you. It was the plan.
Most programs are written for a generic, imaginary person. They don't account for how you're built, your training age, your injuries or your schedule.
